1. What is Ancho Rewards?

Ancho Rewards is the loyalty program of Ancho Mexican Grill that rewards you every time you enjoy your favorite Mexican food. With every purchase, you earn points that you can redeem for tasty rewards!

2. How can I become a member?

It’s super easy! Just download our app, sign up, create your profile, and you’re ready to start earning points.

3. Is there a cost to join the program?

No, joining Ancho Rewards is completely free!

4. Do I need to download an app to join?

Not necessarily. You can become a member in two ways: either by downloading our app or by signing up in-store with the help of our staff. 
However, the app gives you easier access to your profile, points, and rewards.

5. How do I earn points with my purchases?

Before completing your order at the counter, just scan your personal barcode at the register.

*Please note that points can be redeemed up to 2 times per day, and each purchase must be at least €1. Purchases under €1 (e.g., a bottle of water 500ml) are not eligible for redemption.

6. How many points do I earn per purchase?

You earn 5 points for every €1 spent.

7. Can I redeem points online through delivery apps or only in-store?

No. Point redemption is available exclusively in-store.

8. I forgot to scan my code at the register. Can I add the points later?

Unfortunately no. Points can only be added at the time of purchase when you scan your code at the counter.

9. What happens if I change phones or delete the app?

No worries! Your points and profile are linked to your account, not your device. Just log in again from any mobile device and you’re good to go.

10. What kind of rewards can I get with my points?

Rewards vary depending on how many points you’ve collected.

With 250 points, you can choose one of the following:

  • Chips with one dip of your choice (cheddar / ranchera / pico de gallo / tomatillo verde / sour cream / flaming habanero)
  • Soft drink refill
  • Churros

With 400 points, you can choose one of the following:

  • Frozen margarita of your choice (only available to adults)
  • Nachos with guacamole

With 500 points, you can choose one of the following:

  • Chicken burrito (plus 1 extra ingredient)
  • Beef chivichanga
  • Branded merch like a thermos, power bank, and more

*Note: Rewards cannot be modified. If a reward does not meet your preference, you always have the option to choose another one.

11. Do my points expire?

No, your points do not expire. Feel free to collect them at your own pace and redeem them whenever you like!

12. How can I delete my account from the program?

If you wish to delete your account, you can go to the app settings, select the “Contact Us” option, and send us an email mentioning your name and email address. Once we delete your account, all points you have collected through your membership, as well as any related activities, will also be permanently deleted.
